unlabeled food plastic cups
The labelled food was a MAJOR problem. I explained proper French vinaigrette multiple times. It was never corrected. I found myself explaining the ingredients over and over. all drinks were served in reusable plastic cups. I saw lemon seeds and fruit residue in "clean" cups and this REALLY concerned me.

consistent cleaning strict policy clear procedure security policy
i appreciated the consistent cleaning of the room i stayed in the staff always respected my privacy the minibar was well-stocked with complimentary bottled water the bed ensured i had restful nights i also liked the variety of food at the buffet at every meal hygiene procedures were clear and consistent there was also a strict security policy i noticed.

the hotel included many swimming pools for all ages a lazy river was also available lifeguards were consistently helpful always ready to assist even without being asked the pools and aqua park provided great activities for children.

the staff provided friendly service they made efforts to ensure guest satisfaction waiters at the beach bar were attentive drinks were promptly refilled staff members showed kindness to children this created a cute atmosphere for families.

our suite offered a generous amount of storage space there was sufficient room for all our belongings daily cleaning maintained a high standard of hygiene soft drinks were restocked regularly inside the minibar i found the size of the room very good.
