Fantastic Kids' Aqua Park

I was thrilled with the children's aqua park at Steigenberger Aqua Magic! It featured a good pirate ship and numerous water slides that kept my kids entertained for hours. The lifeguards were attentive, ensuring safety while we enjoyed our time relaxing nearby. The atmosphere was perfect for family fun! We're already considering coming back next year to let the kids enjoy it again.

Really good A La Carte Experience

The à la carte dining options were truly a highlight of our stay. We dined at The Sky and Magic Orient, and each meal was exquisite. The attention to detail and the quality of the dishes made for an lovely dining experience. Special thanks to Chef Bassam Ragab, who went above and beyond to cater to our preferences. Relaxing Retreat at the Spa

Spacious and Clean Family Suite

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean our family suite was. It had everything we needed, and the housekeeping staff maintained it impeccably throughout our stay. Our room's balcony provided a lovely view of the pools, which made our mornings that much brighter. I would recommend opting for a family suite for the extra space and comfort.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The location is great with easy beach access, and the pool area is fantastic for families. However, there were issues with room amenities and the dining experience didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the all-inclusive package. Overall, it was an okay experience but could definitely use improvements.

We had an overall great vacation, enjoying the lovely property and fantastic personnel which made our stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family, and the facilities were excellent with both warm and cold pools and a fun aquapark for the kids.
